Will Lamoureux is a string player, composer, arranger, and producer based in the Junction Triangle in Toronto.

His strings can be heard on records by some of the biggest names in the industry: Nelly Furtado, Drake, Jennie (BLACKPINK), Teddy SwimsNew West, Faouzia, Jesse Cook, to name a few.

Will has had his original music featured in a wide array of projects, like Let’s Not Be Kidding, the #1-ranked podcast hosted by Gavin Crawford on CBC, Ever So Slightly (with Jasper Gahunia) composed for Victor Quijada’s RUBBERBAND dance company, and We Can't Forget About What's His Name for les Ballets Jazz Montréal.

As a producer Will has released four of his own albums including je sais qu’au fond de mon âme se trouve un jardin (May 2022), created in collaboration with Benaias Lemma, and So Long Seven’s Only Elephants Know Her Name (September 2022).

He continues to be in high demand as a violinist, both in the studio and on stage. He has toured with Charlotte CardinJesse CookDom Louis, and currently plays in Nelly Furtado’s band, heading back on the road in the summer of 2025.
